Cancellation policy

• I am happy to refund or exchange unsuitable items within 14 days from when the purchase arrives with you.

• Earrings must be returned unworn for heath and hygiene reasons.

• Bespoke and customised jewellery are non refundable or exchangeable.

• If you need to return your piece please return it in the condition it arrived with you. Please post them with the appropriate insurance that is required for the value of the piece. They can be sent to: K Munro 26 Thurso Road, Wick, Caithness, KW1 5LE.
